Robyn Tyson was a prefect in 1941 at Collegiate School in Hobart along with Phyllis Payne.  So we assume that Nellie carved this dower chest for her grandaughter’s friend when she married Mr Green, believed to be from the North West Coast.

Unfortunately we have not been able to trace any of Robyn’s family and we are unaware of where this dower chest  currently resides.
