An Offering.-The wife of Dr. Payne, now in England, but formerly of Tasmania, has presented a carved prayer desk to the parish church of  Westbury.  It is the handsome handiwork of the donor, who also gave the beautiful carved pulpit to Westbury church, where she was long a worshipper.
