This piece was originally in St Michael’s church, Kimberley, Northern Tasmania, but has been moved to Launceston Church Grammar School, where he went to school, to join another memorial to Sholto, also carved by Nellie.

BLYTH.-On the 27th March, at Launceston, Sholto Ernest, the beloved and only son of Ernest and Jessie Blyth, of Kimberley, aged 13 years. (Private interment).
